How do I install the Workplace Wellbeing app on my device?
Download to an Android device

  1. Visit uon.workplacewellbeing.com
  2. On the pink button at the top of the screen, tap Install
  3. You will then see a pop-up message asking you to install the app, tap Install

Download to an IOS device

  1. Visit uon.workplacewellbeing.com
  2. Tap the Share icon at the bottom of the screen.
  3. Scroll down the list of options and tap Add to Home Screen.
    (If you don’t see this option, scroll to the bottom and tap Edit Actions, then tap Add next to the Add to Home Screen action. After that, you’ll be able to select it from the Share Sheet.)
  4. Type a name for the app, we recommend using WPW to keep it short and simple.
  5. Tap Add in the top-right corner of your screen.
What should I do if the Workplace Wellbeing app will not install onto my device?

What is myOH for employees?

Employees can access myOH to view details about their occupational health referrals i.e. to view upcoming appointments or access reports.

What is myOH for managers?

Managers can access myOH to manage occupational health referrals i.e. to make a new referral or view the status of a referral made previously.

What is HELP Employee Assistance?

HELP Employee Assistance is your employee assistance programme (EAP) which can offer support for emotional, health and social problems through a 24/7 confidential helpline.

Managers can also access further resources and services to support them in their role.

An employee assistance programme (EAP) is an employee benefit.

What does occupational health mean?

Occupational health looks at all aspects of the health of employees and ways to improve and maintain the health of the workforce. It helps identify and prevent illness at work, and provides impartial advice on the fitness of an employee to do their job.

What is the Optimise wellbeing app?

Optimise is a digital health and wellbeing app that’s clinically validated. It includes plenty of features to help support your health and wellbeing including:

What is the manager’s toolkit?

The manager’s toolkit contains a range of podcasts, videos and articles specifically created to help managers handle workplace health and wellbeing issues effectively.

What is the wellbeing calendar?

The Wellbeing Calendar is where you can find information and content relating to awareness days and topics of interest for each month.

How do I give user feedback about the website?

Why won’t video content display?

If you have chosen to ‘decline’ the website’s cookies consent, it may block your access to videos on the website. If you would like to view video content you may need to clear your browser cookies, reload the website, and then press ‘accept’ when the cookies consent notification pops up.
